"We sold our Aunt's home in Florida and used Shanda Gracey. We live in New York so we had to rely on Shanda to handle not just the negotiation but to help get the property readied for sale. This included making arrangements for many workers to perform any and all work to be done at the home both inside and outside as well as for the sale of a great many items in the home. She made numerous visits to the home to meet every tradesman to evaluate what was needed to be done and then to supervise all the work. She was patient with us when things were difficult to do long distance. She was always very responsive. I also appreciated the way she handled the negotiation with all potential buyers and did everything to facilitate the best price for the sale of this home. I would highly recommend Shanda Gracey."
